SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • Orders will be processed within 1 or 2 business days and shipped accordingly.
  • The estimated delivery date for your order is between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping location; However, this may vary due to customs delays. The products will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS COLOMBIA LTDA.
  • All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A tracking number will be provided with your order.
  • In case of a return, the customer will cover the shipping cost to return the product to our company in US dollars.
  • In case of an exchange, the customer will cover the cost of shipping the item being exchanged. All items must be returned with the same conditions as they were shipped, with its original packaging and labels, damage free, unused and unwashed. Customers will have 30 days to request a return once they receive the package.
  • Returns will be taken for a full refund, if it applies.
